    Hey no problem. You have to understand how school disctricts in big cities are run. Take the Detroit school system. They got a new administrator and he outed a number of "ghosts."

    10.2% unemployment. Boy the stimulus package is really kicking in now isn't it. It's Hoover, er, Reagan, er Bush's fault, yeah, yeah, that's it, it's Bush's fault.
