    Just as I suspected.

Chances are good Tebow pads his stats this weekend while Ingram is so so vs. LSU.

Hopefully Heisman voters wait until Bama and Fla play.

Who's your Bookie? I want to place a bet.

BTW, BT made a good point about certain QB's only playing 2 1/2 qtrs of football, and not padding their stat's in Heisman years....are you suggesting that TT gets left in a blowout game and the 2nd stringer doesn't get any reps? What's the heir apparents name?....

    I don't think Vandy is a 2 1/2 quarter opponent....that comes against FIU.

I think Tebow is in there for 3.5 quarters and that is if everything else goes right vs. the Commodores.

    Hey....they're not '01 Kansas....... 8)

And if the score is 42-3 at halftime, he still goes 3.5 qtr's?

The whole thing is a travesty. He's not even a high round future draft pick and he's definitely not a top five college QB.

He completes over 60% of his passes and he is the all-time SEC TD rushing leader.....as a Qb.

And one other thing......he's a winner.

Did you see the 4th quarter vs. Alabama last year?

    You're selling him short George.

Well I agree that Tim Tebow is a legit Heisman Candidate, he's had a great career although this year hasn't been his best he's no doubt somebody who should be in the mix. I do feel that the media gives him mulligans like when he tossed a couple of picks a few games ago and generally was ineffective. I think in those cases he's given credit where he doesn't deserve it where the credit belongs to the Gator defense.

But the media fascination with Tim makes his path to the award much easier. Life isn't fair and neither is the Heisman race at all times. Colt McCoy does not get the mulligans that Tim does, even though Colt is every bit the leader, good Christian, etc as Tim and like Tim his team is undefeated.

    Good point on the mulligans.

Tim has rarely if ever needed them but maybe his concussion contributes to the slack.

Coming off that injury he was in reality masterful and courageous vs. LSU and I think those Heisman voters who watched that game left impressed with him in spite of unglamorous stats.

His worst moments of his career were those pics vs. MSU.
