We get Memphis at home this week. I think that they will be less of a foe than Georgia and South Carolina were but you can never let your guard down. We have 4 more games to pull out a bowl birth. I can't remember if we have to have 6 out of 12 or if we have to have 7 in a 12 game season to go. One game at a time though.
It's 6 Tom even if one of your victories is against a D-I AA school if I'm not mistaken. It used to be you had to have 6 against D-I competition but I think they lowered the standard even more recently.
Yeah 1 victory over a 1AA program is allowed but not 2, Duke has 2 and will have to be 7-5 to be bowl eligible.
Well that's embarassing! Not for me, but for Duke. :wink: Turns out their win vs North Carolina Central doesn't count at all because they are a provisional FCS (1AA) school that has yet to make the transition from a DII school.
