Assuming that the highest ranked team from each conference would be the conference champion, this means that the BCS teams as of this week would be:

    1. #1 Florida (SEC)
    2. #2 Texas (Big 12)
    3. #3 Alabama (Auto include as a BCS non-champion at #3)
    4. #4 Iowa (Big 10)
    5. #5 Cincinnati (Big East)
    4. #6 TCU (Auto include as highest ranked mid major champ in Top 12)
    7. #8 Oregon (Pac 10)
    8. #10 Georgia Tech (ACC)
    9. "At large"
    10. "At large"

    Changes from last week
    Added: Oregon (Pac 10)
    Removed: USC (Pac 10)

Last Two Spots: Any at large team that the BCS wanted to select out of the qualifying teams in the Top 14
Note 1: The selected team must have at least 9 wins.
Note 2: A conference can not have at most 2 teams.

[Currently Eligible: #7 Boise State, #11 Penn State, #12 USC, #13 Pittsburgh, #14 Utah]
[Currently Not Eligible: #9 LSU (2 teams per conference rule).

Naturally this will change from week to week.

If Boise and TCU both make it all the way again this year I think the BCS would be stupid if they don't find a way to invite both of them.
