    If this doesn't demonstrate what a joke this award can be nothing does. Keep in mind that the deadline for nominations is Fab. 1st. That means that this years award winner was in office for all of 10 1/2 days when he was nominated.
    I hear next year he'll be inducted into the Rock and Roll HOF.

    I thought it was a sham from the minute I heard.....at that time I was unaware of the above info courtesy of Gip.....I don't know what to say. Laughable at best.....perhaps he can donate it to Chicago as consideration given his failed mission to the IOC on their behalf.
