    I think one of the major issues is whether the player's participation in conditioning training was voluntary or not. What is voluntary can sometimes be murky:

    If I were a player and read that quote, I wold be voluntarily spending my offseason living in the gym.

    Good find Bobda, you know that this has got to be a systemic problem in the NCAA. Maybe Michigans situation will prompt a review of the whole system and some changes.
