    He's a Scout.com top 100 national player, but he's only 5'8" 160lbs. At least that's what they have him listed at. Of course Maurice Drew of UCLA was even a little smaller and he was a tremendous college back, although I think Drew was heavier and yet still a little faster than the 4.5 Scout has Rainey listed.
