He's an idiot. He's not the important to the 49's success this year, they can easily wait him out all it will do is cost him money. After sitting out a year his value won't be more it will be less, he'll be drafted lower and he'll get less money. But then he went to school at Texas Tech and was tutoured by a Pirate so I guess this isn't a suprise.
I'm not so sure of the accuracy of this story. It was fed to the media by his cousin, who is his advisor. His agent, who has nothing to do with this story, is Eugene Parker from Ft. Wayne, a former Purdue basketball player and a very sharp, very nice guy. Parker is the antithesis of Drew Rosenhause in that he does not negotiate in the media. It very well could be that the cousin and the agent are on different pages, which would not be good for Crabtree. I haven't had a good feeling about this guy since his dad said some dumb things in the media after last season. Here is an excerpt from an article on Fanhouse.com: Here is the article: Who's Speaking for Crabtree? His Agent or His Cousin/Advisor?
And.... <t>Add this ingrate DB Robinson from the Texans to the mix as he s on a whinefest about being franchised. Poor thing............. Check out what the Texans are to pay him and cry me a river. If I was a Texans fan I would really be p-----.</t>
