    I can't believe this...a Ohio State fan is suing because the school doesn't have closed captioning on it's Jumbotron.

    Give me a break. :)
    I mean if they didn't have a Jumbotron at all how would he follow the game? He's hearing impaired, not visually impaired. I mean I feel for the guy but come on....

    I'm with you TOK, obviously he closes his eyes as well......the entitlement age run amok! The sad thing is he may prevail and we'll be asked to foot the bill....! :shock:
