Not saying anybody is right or wrong but it is obvious that the overwhelming majority on this board resides in the equally overwhelming minority in this national poll:

How do you rate the performance of U.S. President Barack Obama's first 100 days?
    Excellent 31% 132537
    Above average 30% 127392
    Average 16% 70241
    Poor 11% 47206
    Very poor 11% 48653
    Total Votes: 426029

Is there a point you're trying to make? If so, what is it? The suspense is killing me......

    Our polarity?

I'd suggest you revisit the media's coverage of Bush's first 100 days.

Who was it... ABC or someone that was downright flabbergasted that Bush hadn't consulted with Bill Clinton..

We spent Bush's first 100 days and the remaining 8 years with the media on the panic button.. Now we have 'their guy' in the White House the media is all roses and sunshine..and for any speed bumps along the way, we can blame Bush.. (although blaming Clinton seemed idiotic to them in Bush's first 100 days).

sh*t in a hat... We'll see how this pans out. Keep in mind, I'd love to be wrong, but I bet I'm not.

The "overwhelming majority" of Americans think that they are not going to have to pay higher taxes but someone else is. The average American's income is most likely substantially lower than those on this board. They are not as well educated. The spend their radio time listening to FM music, watch sit-coms, couldn't name the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court and believe the **** that the mainstream media dishes out. And worst of all, they care about what others think.
