    Well Brett Farve retired again. How bad a deal was that for the Jets. It has to be maybe one of the worst deals in NFL history. Right up there with the trade the Vikings made to get Herschal Walker , gave up 5 players and 6 draft choices.

    I'll believe Favre is retired when he is dead. I learned my lesson about getting too excited about the media's darling finally leaving last year. I can only hope that this time it's for real but I'm more than a little skeptical.

    Jets were trying to catch lightning in a bottle with Farve. Instead they got a tired arm old player with about half of his normal motivation. They knew they would never get there with Chad and Clemens is at best a backup.

    The real outrage is that they passed two times on Brady Quinn.
