I kept seeing on tv that the new season of Damages was starting, then the local paper wrote that it was one of the best new shows last year and I saw that same sentiment a couple of other places.

So I went to their website and watched the first episode, it was great and since Damages is sort of like 24 in that one theme is followed throughout the season, I wanted to watch episode 2 and then I watched episode 3, 4, 5, before I knew it I'd spent the whole afternoon watching episodes. I haven't finished season 1 yet, but I'm hooked big time.

Stars Glen Close and she's perfect in her role as the preditory plaintiffs attny.

I highly recommend it but be careful once you start watching episodes it's tough to stop.

BTW: I went to see Gran Tourino this weekend and it was a great Clint Eastwood movie. Highly recommended.

I can't wait to see Gran Torino. I will check out the other series. Aside from Dexter (which I actually recommend the book), most series that I like get canned within a year.
