I don't remember Metallica's entry into the country/western genra. I like all music. Except with Rap, I like it to move to the next county. If I have to chose a favorite, give me 70's Rock, and some 60's.
I stand corrected. Until I heard that, Metallica singing Country was like George Jones doing Rap. It just didn't make sense.
I like Oldies a lot. That's what's cool about Youtube. Just type in Everly Brothers and you can watch them in black and white as 18 y/o's singing Bye Bye Love, or see the original Platters sing The Great Pretender. I don't listen much to contemporary music at all anymore. Terry
Could not pick just one but with what passes for music today I listen to mostly talk radio. Although I do youtube a lot of music. There is some good music being made it just seems to be mixed in with all the junk.
ROCK AND ROLL BABY!! STU!! BTW, you did know the Led Zep was for all intents and purposes a Blues band right?
AJ...I did not know that, though I know that they have done a lot of blues tunes... They even play them some on XM Radio's Blues channel.
