I'm not sure how safe New Jersey is. Two of my customers businesses were scenes of mob hits. One was a hotel where a mobster was shot six times in the head sitting in his car right outside the main entrance. Another was a car dealership where the sales manager was clubbed to death in his lot in broad daylight by two guys using gold clubs. The moral? Fast pay makes fast friends. 8)
