Here I am AJ. As I said I hope you kick their ass good. The ACC is a joke and I hope the Huskers do your best to keep them that way.
Atta boy Bill...I gotta go to bed now...beer's gone. BTW, I've been trying to make friends over on the Tigernet boards...but they keep taking me the wrong way...maybe this is a trend huh?
Franky Husker, I think you're gonna kick their a$$es.....an extra month of workouts, Bo crawling up their tailpipe daily and I think they are gonna be ready to eat nails. I don't believe Clemson has enough heart and stones....maybe we'll see a NEW Clemson but I don't think so.
Clemson has way more talent than Colorado and I think you guys will have your hands full with them. I don't really think your defense will match up very well with them, but your offense will do quite well. I expect a big shoot out and a very entertaining game. Terry
What Terry says is true about Clemson's talent. Tommy Bowden did a good job getting players but not nearly as good of a job as a game day coach. Their interim did good and is now permanent. They played very well against S. Carolina and beat Spurrier worse than anyone but the Gators, at least that is my memory. Your young men best not take this game lightly.
Clemson fans are pricks, good luck with that AJ. If you remember how terrible that Gamecock fan was a few years ago, keep in mind that SCAR fans are actually the more likable of the two. Clemson fans are very much as bad as the collective worst the SEC has to offer...without the onfield success. Imagine combining the worst traits of fans from LSU, Georgia, West Virginia, Ohio State, Michigan, Notre Dame and Oklahoma... then dress them in a bright orange jumpsuit with blue laced clown shoes and you have got a respectable Clemson fan. I hope you guys kick them right in the Dabos.
I have to disagree Corey. I went to Clemson when the Aggies played them a few years ago, and they bent over backwards to make us feel welcome. I didn't run into any jerks, students included. Maybe that was because they felt we treated them very well on their trip to College Station the previous year, but for whatever reason, they were just about as nice as I've ever encountered... Tom, I just gave away my previous set up, so you'll have to wait til my current rig is being replaced! 8)
One thing I've learned, they can't stand the "COOTS". And I mean it's HATE from the word go. BTW, I've been logging in as COOTERMAN, COOTERFAN 8)
Scott, I think it is good there is another take on them. From my experiences, the local legends have been true...and mind you, I don't put a damn bit of stock into what the locals tell me about football
