To join the Bowl contest, click on this link. If asked for a password, use br549.

Please send me an e-mail ( tbmccord@earthlink.net ) letting me know the team name you used. Anyone that does not and I can't figure out who they are will have their name removed. If you use the same team name you used in the season long contest, there is no need to send an e-mail.

I have added a sticky to keep this toward the top for now.

Interesting if you click on the team owners name ..for example for IrishBowler click on Sid B and you find that Sid is the 2008 Baseball Champion for some league. Click on Corey and you find that Corey won some Hockey league. Click on me and you find that I won the NDNation Bowl pickem last year...even I didn't know I won that. :)

    Terry,

I've been competing in two Yahoo fantasy baseball leagues and a pro football league for several years. They keep track of league championships for all participants. Congratulations on your NDN championship. Does that mean you are giving the rest of us peons the bowl pick 'em version of golf strokes?

This was mainly pointed at the 47 Ryckman entries that populate the contest. If it is obvious, no need to point it out.

Ha ha! PJ, there are hundreds of leagues with thousands of participants in every sport. I just happened to get lucky in one of my baseball leagues this year. I have a friend who self-admittedly does not have a life and participates in a huge number of fantasy leagues, even in sports he knows nothing about. He has a ton of cyber-trophies.

LOL...All Ryckman entries were in the top 11 so the rest must be imposters...

Anyhow, all Ryckmans have been notified of the Bowl Contest...I'm sure they are thoroughly evaluating the competition before deciding whether to enter the elite contest.

    The picks are now available.

When you go to make your picks, first chose to use the classic style of adding confidence points or the drag and drop method. It defaults to the drag and drop. With D&D, you select the winners and then drag the game to the confidence level you want to give it. With classic style, it is no different than the previous contest. Once you make your picks you could lose your work by changing the style of confidence point selection.

I am having a problem with the contest. I have chosen the classic option.
After choosing the games, it won't allow me to change the confidence points. I then decided to try the drag option. When I drag the game, it disappears. UGH! I would rather do the picks with the classic option, but neither is working for us...... any suggestions?
    Thank you

I know this sounds simplistic but many internet issues have been fixed by clearing your history and rebooting.
