So Max Hall throws 7 TD passes last week for BYU, and I have him on the bench. To punish me for my stupidity, BYU sat him down this week after tossing 3. PUT HIM BACK IN!!! The rest of my team is circling the drain!! I NEED POINTS!!
Sometimes it's the luck of the draw Scott! The first two weeks I played you and Terry who were the two highest scoring teams in the league. At the end of the two weeks I was third highest scoring and was 0 - 2. To add insult to injury the only team that outscored me the 2nd week was Terry who I played. :evil: :evil: But I won last week and think I won this week to get back in the hunt. Anyway I feel sorry for you!!! :wink: :wink: Hey, one thing I don't understand is the delay in scoring. We used CBS/NFL scoring for years in the same format and the score was kept live. Any corrections were posted by the next morning. Anyway this is fun.

It didn't help that I was out of town....not paying attention to the Md rb I picked up who did not play vs. EMU due to injury....that cost me 20 points or so but you still would have had me because of lack of FF production from Tebow and Murphy and another high scoring week from your NC Gator team.....impressive.
OMG... I lost to Terry by .5!! Why?... because my Clemson kicker played a "weak" opponent! DOH! Terry's own QB (Colt)was allowed to run wild against Rice. I suspect Mack left him in just to spite me. Without that, I'd have easily beaten the Doc...
I give up... I pick up 20+ point players and they get less than half their average. I will end the season with a worse record than Tennessee will have and not have a single Tennessee player on the team.
Scott you did note that I countered your BYU QB Max Hall with taking all of his WR's I figured if he has a great day then my WR's have a great day as well!! As far as Colt, Mack always goes for 50 before even thinking about taking out his starters in games like this. Plus he doesn't actually have a backup qB who can play QB. He has a WR who thinks he's a QB. Terry
I haven't even looked. I dumped Oregon's TE Dickson because they just weren't using him. From the moment I dumped him, he became Oregon's leading receiver. To rub salt in it, Alabama hasn't tossed more than 1 or 2 balls to their TE (who I replaced Dickson with)... I've been stashing FSU's super playmaker from last year who was on suspension and I don't think he touched the ball last night in his return. Just a bad, bad week for me.
Bill, I have to tell you how deeply disappointed I am that TxTech is not playing this weekend and I won't be facing the gunslinger Harrell....! 8)

Yeah Terry I saw that, but I figured he'd spread it around to more than just a couple of guys which would work in my favor. I would get EVERY point you would, but also get others you wouldn't... Turned out not to matter much. Did you notice that I had Mike Goodson on the bench? With as bad as our OL has been, I figured he'd have no chance against UM's front, but a little voice kept saying "he always comes up big in big games". I ignored the voice... missed out on 26 points for being logical!! :roll:
