I'm at the office now, obviously have power and internet at the office. Following ND game as best I can on the internet. Still no power at home though. My neighborhood didn't get any flooding at hall mostly tree limbs down and debris in the street. Most of the estimates for returning power are 2-3weeks, but I hope they are counting those areas that really were hit hard. i know they have a priority list and hospitals and infrastructure will be first. But my section of town should be easy, I passed no downed power lines on my way to the office, but don't know what they'll do with regards to priority.
We ... <t>Just survived hell on earth and that is putting it mildly. Worst night I have ever spent. My whole family was at my home and we lost power just as Kansas lost on the field goal. The blast hit our place at 1:30 and we didn't sleep all night. Eleven inches of rain and wind I will Never forget. We did have some water in the house but have it under control. This city looks like a war zone.<br/> I thank the LORD today to have it over.<br/> <br/> The Irish game is not on local TV and we are winning which thrills me. For one Saturday Irish football takes a back seat for me.<br/> Someone catch me up later please.</t>
