For me, the simpler the better. I am not in favor of using the spread.

any thoughts that I have will be perceived as regional bias, so I will defer to my elders here :)

I'm with Sid. I don't want the spread.

I like the confidence points fine. I want success in the contest to be based on picking the actual winners and ranking them, not on which team covers or beats the spread.

    Classic Corey!! [IMG]

    You know I'm in.

I'll get Kesley to sign back in.
He's actually being forced to work so he's very scarce these days, but I think he can squeeze in the contest...

And - I go with EXACTLY what Rick just said...

I'm game. An exercise in futility but hell I'm a glutton for punishment.

KP... you have the info in your Skybox PM Inbox.

By the way. For me, this contest is tax deductible. I consider my picks to be a charitable contribution to keep others from sucking hind tit!  :?

It is in your Skybox Private Mail Inbox Treefrog. Please pass on to RoGator. By the way... from where/what does the word RoGator come. Just curious.

    Tennessee Tom,
RoGator and I are signed up. This is how RoGator came up with his name.
He has been a Gator fan since 1977 when his good friend Cris Collinsworth, decided to go to UF. Neil's high school tennis coach is also affiliated with the UF Mens Tennis team. Due to a car accident in 1985, Neil was paralyzed from the neck down. From that point, he became RoGator... (as he is rolling , not walking).

    Sorry to hear that.

I had no idea and did not mean any harm asking that question.

    Tom,
No big deal in asking. He does quite well. He has a power chair and gets around pretty good, we have things adapted so he can get on computer, answer the phone, our front door is remote control, so he can go in and out. He has coached little league baseball teams. He does ok!..... He doesn't want you to be offended !!

I am in no way offended. I am not usually a very PC guy. However, when I "probe" and bring our medical information on another person, I am concerned that I offended that person.

Thanks Treefrog. Good luck to you and RoGator in the contest. Tell him to get himself on the boards more often. Wait a minute... A Vol trying to get a Gator on the boards more often??? The end is near!

Like they need luck. They've been kicking our ass for a few years now.

But I will second Tom's request that you two show up more often.
