I've been very busy over the past few months with alot of changes in my life, so let me apologize first that I have not been here to visit in a while. My mortgage business has been starting to fly now and my band has really been having alot of local success as of late. But most exciting of all, on Thursday, July 13th at 2:14am my father, who is somewhere in heaven looking down on us all, became a grandfather to my son. Andrew Michael Jaskewicz (named after his grandfather) was 8.2 pounds and perfectly healthy. I look at him and get to experience firsthand the pride and love that my father had for me. It was the greatest moment of my life, and I could feel him there with me the whole time.

Congratulations! The only thing better than being a grandparent is watching the results as your children become adults. Your dad, I'm sure, is very proud...we miss him.
Congratulations, Mike. With all that's going on in your life, especially that new baby, it's very nice of you to touch base with us. Andy is busting his buttons now.
A hearty congrats Mike. Glad to see the band is doing well also. My son's band has released their first CD and the CD release concert at the Majestic Theatre in Detroit was recorded and is absolutely fantastic. Good luck with your new son and your band. Dave
Thanks everybody! I do peak in from time to time, just never had a moment to post. I am a proud daddy now, and every day just keeps getting better and better! I'll keep dropping in to say hi and see how everyone here is doing. Oh, and just wanted to mention, my father's trophy sits proudly on his mantle for everyone to see
