    I can't find him in either the Rivals or the Scout football database? Sort of indicates he's not very highly rated as a football player, what's the deal with him?

    OK I was looking in the 2009 recruit database.

    Same size/speed as Noel Devine it looks like.

    Ryan Bass was originally an Arizona commit, but then de-committed and switched to ASU because Dennis Erickson told him he had a plan for getting and keeping Bass eligible at ASU. Bass didn't qualify and is headed the juco route.

    Typical Erickson move, he'll win you some football games but there will be a price to pay when it comes to integrity.

    i will tell you what

    <t>no one, and i mean no one, can stock up JUCOs and hide them like ole whiskey tits at Arizona State. When he was at Miami, we had dozens of kids enrolled with DE's son at Chaffey College in Rancho Cucamonga, CA who were all 'promised' scholarships with the Canes when they got out.<br/>
    <br/>
    Before they could get out of CA and back to Miami, ole Captain Sourmash had moved onto the NFL...leaving every single one of those kids stranded.</t>

    It's going pretty well, to the extent I get a chance to venture out. We lost the old Davit Master motor and gear box on the overhead lift so the boat's back on a trailer until the lift system is replaced.

    Hope to get a few hours on the water this weekend. Going to try to catch a few redfish + black drum using a 14' Heritage Redfish .... go figure ..... kayak to get back into some skinny water.

    Later and go Gaterz!! 8)
