Buckeyes add Navy to the schedule

    I'm sure you guys will take some heat, like ND does, for having them on the schedule. But they are a fine group of young men who will fight you till the last second.

    Let 'em squawk....Coach and AD have been trying to get the service academies on the schedule for awhile. I know we had a home-home with Army beginning this season I think that fell through....I was already making plans for my first visit to West Point.

    I think it's great....I have already arranged for the road trip with my Navy buddies.

    Plus we eliminate some in state on schedule like Youngstown State New Mexico State is also on the upcoming 2008 schedule late in October here at home.

    Not sure I like non conference games during the Big Ten wars.

    I think you'll find Navy to be more than adequate competition. Good scheduling!
