Well I have last place pretty well locked up. I have the lowest possible points and only one more possible addition, if Texas wins tomorrow. If so that's it for me, if not then I already have my maximum.

Wow this is a forgettable year for me! :( :(

    With the brackets that is!

Bill, most of my long shot scenario has to happen for me to not be down there with you. I still have three victories possible but the other games in which I have no chance are long shots for the team I need to win. :? Kansas has to get to the final 4 and needs to beat North Carolina. I need Memphis to win it all.

Apparently the Ryckman Cabal is going to dominate the standings, and the very people that I invited in so that I could beat them are all ahead of me.

Not a good year for me!! Oh well at least Texas could still win it all! :D

1st time ever all 4 #1 seeds make it through to the Final Four. I don't know it that's a good thing or not to tell you the truth. I always like to see an underdog make it into the Final Four.

    Terry,

When I made my picks, I thought to myself, chances of these four teams making it all the way, are not very good.

However, I did not realize that all the #1 seeds had never made it to the Final Four.

    Lucky me!

Well the Ryckmans were in great position but this last round pretty much made it a shootout between Corey, Don, and Scott.

If UCLA wins it's Corey, If Memphis wins it's Don, and if Kansas wins it's Scott...I believe.

Ryckmans will still all finishi in the top 10, a notable family achievement!!

    Not quite that simple yet...

If UCLA wins vs either Kansas or NC... Corey wins
If Kansas beats UCLA in the finals... Scott wins
If Kansas beats Memphis in the finals... Scott ties with RoGator
If NC beats Memphis in the finals... Don wins

    BUT...
If Memphis beats EITHER Kansas or NC... Stu wins

    AND...
If North Carolina beats UCLA in the finals... BearDownRick and I tie

    Thanks for the breakdown.

I'm beginning to think Memphis might beat UCLA and then lose to North Carolina.

Ah you had to figure that a Ryckman would know the odds!! Do you guys have a condo in Vegas? Stu claims to have one in Fla, but I'm begining to think that it is a cover story for the Vegas Condo!! :)

Here's an interesting way of looking at the field of 64. I'm not sure where they get their data though, those salaries look pretty high to be the median salaries of graduates. I wonder if it's all graduates from new guys to the rich guys like Malloy and Sid! :)

What a crazy game...both teams played hard and hustled...but did their best to give the game away.

Kansas, I thought, was the clearly better team last night, but they were extremely careless protecting the ball...turnover city kept Memphis in the game and then the Tigers finally managed to take some good shots and build a 9 point lead with 2 minutes and change left. I thought I was sitting pretty good.

Hah!...a team in the national title game can't inbound the ball and can't make a free throw with it's two best free throw shooters on the line.

Talk about handing back a game that was given to you as a gift.

The overtime went as I thought the whole game should have (except that Dorsey would have made a difference and it wouldn't have been quite so bad)...

Anyway, congratulations, guys...I was one stinking free throw away from winning. :? (and Jeremy would have been second).

There were. Actually by tie breaker, Scott won outright and RoGator came in second. That is pointed out on the website.

    Sweet!!

    Where's my trophy?!?!?!

The funny thing is, I NEVER take all the #1's to make the final four. But this year, I just didn't see a two or three that looked like they would make it in...

    Who knew?!

Don't worry, this won't affect my lousy football picks in the fall!
