No... I'm not saying the refs cost us the game on one call, but there sure seemed to be a lot of swallowed whistles in the second half.

This last one just seemed to be the cherry on the top...

    Well

<t>I thought it was a physical defensive game that was called poorly both ways. At first it seemed like the officials were going to use prison rules... then they tightened the leash.. then they were all over the place.<br/>

I will say Scott's team had a fantastic showing. I've stayed out of the tourney talk for the most part, but I wanted to come here and let Scott know his team really represented themselves well. I can't figure this tourney out. I called the San Diego upset over UCONN and was quite sure of it... but at the same time, I am dismayed that USC went out so soon.<br/>

Duke is killing me now. I had them riding it out until UCLA dropped them. Ugh.</t>

Tough loss for the Aggies, in the end UCLA just had too much for them..that fall away jumper that Love hit at the end pluse the block party they were putting on DeAndre Jordan and Joe Jones spelled the end. Plus even if they called that a foul, Sloan was not a lock to hit both his FT's and the way the big MO was going it would have been improbable that TAMU would have won in OT. But I'm sure most Ag's would have like to have had the chance! Don't blame'm.

But you have to feel better about how they ended the season, a good run in the B12 tourney and a win in the NCAA's and getting put out by the #1 seed in an extremely close game they had a shot at winning.

Big Question is what does he have comming in at PG next year and I hope even Jordan can see that he's not ready for the NBA and needs to stay for 2 more years.

I agree Corey, it was bad both ways... I just found that photo too good to pass up.

As I said, I didn't think that foul cost us the game, (make a FEW the free throws we got, and we win!!) but I couldn't let a great "shot" like that pass by.

From what I hear, we have a serious point guard coming in next year (can't think of his name) and he's almost guaranteed to start. That's a lot of pressure for a fish, but it doesn't seem to bother the kids anymore.

Terry I wish Jordan would see it that way, but he's likely a lottery pick on potential alone, so you can't expect a kid to turn down that kind of money. It's sad because he won't play a minute in the NBA his first season or two but he sure could be helping us while he improves...

Hey good news Scott the officals actually waved off that last second dunk by Westbrook, they said the clock had expired...so you lost 51-49, not 53-49!!!

    Whoop!! :)
