Obama vs Hillary. They have both been all over Texas, Obama has filled the arena's of the Rockets, the Mavs, and the Spurs with his rallies. Hillary was in Brownsville talking to Latinos. Hillary desperately needs to land some body blows on Obama, it'll be interesting to see if she can do so.

Terry, This organization uses the facilities at Lone Star College at West West and Barker Cypress Road, in Cypress, TX. I came in tonight because it is a 4 hour drive from my house and the class starts at 07:30. I was going to have to leave at 03:00 to get here and would not be alert to learn what I needed from the class. The title of the class is: How to manage a public board without going to JAIL! That's good information to have right there!
Terry, Hillary is toast. All the Texas newspapers have endorsed O. She has believed she was destined to be president from her early days at the Rose Law firm. The only one who accomplished the Senate as an entry level job. It was all going to be accomplished with her superior intellectual skills coupled with Bill's immaculate political acumen. Well, it almost worked. Now we have an articulate counterpart who can sway his audiences with promises of hope and change. What change? Doesn't matter. Both were 100% wrong on the Bush surge which he implemented in the face of vociferous opposition of the left and some of his own party. This, tells me he is a man of principle who cares for his country more than his own popularity. Iraq is now in a position to establish itself as a stable and effective state in the middle east. If this is accomplished, history may record George Bush as one of our greatest presidents. Let us recall a few inconvenient facts. Sadam, who both Bill Clinton and Bush said would have to be removed had kicked the inspectors out as "spies" and only let them return when Bush parked a couple of carriers in the gulf. He could not keep them there long term. Sadam had violated thirteen sanctions, each followed by another resolution which could have precipitated military response. He gassed 5000 Kurds with poison gas. He used the "oil for food" program to build his castles and his military. I was praying that Bush would not wait to initiate this conflict over the protestations of France and Russia who were the benefactors of this policy. My reason was this: We had to go in with the thought that Sadam had poison gas and was ready to use it. This would mean that if we delayed our military personnel would have to equip with protective gear against a gas attack with the ensuing temperatures in tripple digits. I have gone on long enough. Suffice it to be said that we need the next president to have some appreciation of history.
