The play is in the UCLA/ UW game and the UW player is trying to inbound the ball and he's running out of time and he just throws it off the player face who is guarding him. I have seen it many times where they throw it off the foot or knee and that seems ok, but the face? The PAC 10 has said that the UCLA player jumped into the ball so it was ok.
