I don't know how this isn't a personal foul

    Or soemthing like unsportsmanlike conduct or something. I remember Danny Ainge doing this to Mario Ellie back in either 94 or 95 NBA playoffs when he was with Phoenix and Ellie with the Rockets. Ellie still lives in Houston and when he's on some sports talk show he always gets asked about it and he's still pissed about it.

    The play is in the UCLA/ UW game and the UW player is trying to inbound the ball and he's running out of time and he just throws it off the player face who is guarding him. I have seen it many times where they throw it off the foot or knee and that seems ok, but the face? The PAC 10 has said that the UCLA player jumped into the ball so it was ok. It doesn't look like that to me.
