Terry, I don't know what to say other than maybe Turgeon learns faster than I thought he would.
He scrapped big portions of his motion offense and went to the inside-out game and just pounded your guys to death.

I realize it was at home, and it probably won't go this way in Austin, but I was really expecting your guys to shoot us into oblivion as we stumbled around trying to figure out what to do.

Maybe we ain't dead yet! 8)

Call me Shocked in Houston! I thought we'd march through Reed like Sherman through Atlanta.

    Congrats.

I see you guys already lost your DCoord to the Cowboys. That's gotta hurt a little? Any rumours as to who will be the new DCoord, cough, cough, Bob Davie? :)

There's a lot of grumbling here and there about Herring leaving, but I'm not really concerned.

The guy did his job through signing day, and then headed for greener pastures (he apparently did the same thing to Ole Miss a few years ago).

I don't begrudge him the NFL prestige, and other benefits.

The timing is actually pretty good. Recruiting and the playoffs are over. Mike can now search for a REAL DC without worrying about stepping on toes.

No solid names are swirling... but it's suspected that Mike will hit up an NFL position coach for the job.

No... I don't want Davie. He was great in his time, but that door has closed.
