    He's offered 1.5 million to settle things. It doesn't sound like WVU is too interested in anything other than the full 4 million + interest and penalty though.

    I wonder what effect it will have on coaches leaving schools while still under contract if he loses the suit and does have to pay the full amount plus P&I? It might make it harder for the guys who have big buyouts, which isn't the majority of coaches though.

    Wow! I was almost starting to believe that Rodriguez might have a case.

    If he has to pay the whole 4 million that sure lessens the value of his Michigan contract.
