Could the Redskins coaching search be any wierder???

    I mean they fired Greg Williams their DCoord, moved Greg Blanche up to DCoord and hired Jim Zorn as the OCoord....they will have a HC in place soon.

    What ever happened to hiring a Head Coach and letting him pick his staff???

    Snyder is different. I guess he figured that letting the HC pick his staff hasn't worked so well for the Skins so he would try something different. :?:
