It's going to be an interesting spring game this year.
Mike Sherman is very interested in getting the Aggie past involved (which is quite the opposite of how _ennis alienated anyone that wasn't one of his "yes" men).
He's looking for ways to not only energize the former students, but also past lettermen and staff.

It is being discussed to let RC coach one team, and Jackie Sherrill coach the other. I have no idea how that works out as far as game quality, but it certainly has the Aggie community buzzing.

I don't see how they can make two complete teams with the number of lineman we have left for each side of the ball (thanks _ennis!), but I guess they'll figure it out...

How could you guys bring back Jackie Sherrill given the circumstances of his departure.

Scott, that is something that Urban Meyer has done at Florida, that is bring back players from the past and get them involved in the program. It seems to have hit a positive cord.

Irish have done it as well, guys like Tim Brown, Joe Montana, Joe Theisman, Chris Zorich, Jerome Bettis, etc have all been back and involved in "coaching" the Spring game since Charlie has been the coach. I think it's a good thing.
