    Man it's a good thing he's got a lot of money, because he's got more lawyers than OJ now working on this case. Brian McNamee is broke and only has 1 lawyer who is probably not getting paid, I guess he's doing it for the publicity and the book deal to come later.

    Oh yeah and the FBI has opened the investigation into Tejada, if he loses his green card over this or can't play it's a big problem for the Astros.

    The funny thing is that Roger while he doesn't look out of shape he's never looked like Barry Bonds either and he certainly never looked as physcially fit as Nolan Ryan.
