In a recent accusation the dolphins take Daunte Culpepper over Drew Brees
It is rumored that the Dolphins are intrested in T.O. and he has been down in Miami recently and in the past to inquire about the team

I think that Daunte will be a great part of the Dolphins team and will send the Dolphins to the Playoffs.

Better poll would be: Who Cares?

Culpepper to Dolphins, resulted in Brees to the Saints....now the Saints were supposed to take Leinart at #2, so what do they do now? Take that OT Debrickishaw Feurgeson? If so then what do the Titans do when they have a choice of Vince Young or Matt Lienart with Norm Chow being Lienarts old coach?

    Sorry Tom, but I care.

I think this makes the Dolphins a legitimate Super Bowl contender.

Unless he doesn't heal from his knee operation.

Hey little, you seem to be a lot like the other Gonzo guy here, never let the facts get in the way of a good story. :)

Seems I remember a couple of games between Miami and Tennessee where Tennessee took Miami out of the championship picture. One in the Sugar Bowl a few years ago, and just a couple of years ago when Tennessee beat Miami in Miami taking them out of the BCS hunt.

But never let the facts get in the way of a good story.

    Bill is right there LG...

If my memory serves me, Tennessee and Miami have played three times in the history of the programs.

    Tennessee beat Miami in Miami.

    Miami beat Tennessee in Knoxville.

The third game was back in 1986 at the Sugar Bowl.

Testaverde is still rubbing his arse over that whipping.

To me, that sounds like Tennessee wins the best 2 out of 3.
By the way, learn to spell Tennessee so that you don't look so bad.

Keep lobbing 'em in there LG.

The way I read this series of pro deals is...Vince Young's NFL stock is slipping. The Titans will grab Leinart. So who will take VY? Where does a QB with the IQ of a box of rocks fit in? If he couldn't figure out a college offense, how could he handle one of those telephone book size NFL playbooks? I think he may drop way down in the draft now that his problem is known and the team that drafts him will be under a lot of pressure...

Vince may not have figured out how to run a college offense but he sure figured out how to kick the ass of the Great & Mighty Oz of the Pac 10. :D

<r>Tom and Bill you know I hear what you say and you want to mention the facts now ok... the facts are

ESPN recently named 2001 Miami the best college football team of all time...ahh where were the volunteers and the gators on that top 5 list...

Miami has been name NFL U mainly for the amount of players in the NFL that have come from the U (most our excellent players in the league).....wait what about Tennessee and the gators ahh... not so many, some i can remember are Emmit Smith and Fred Taylor

Miami has won 5 national championships..... gators only one.....volunteers only one
So.... gator Bill and Tennessee Tom got five?

Umm.... lets see when was the last time the Gators beat Miami.....hmm.......1985

ESPN named Miami 2001 the greatest all all-time? Well sh!t howdy! I guess that makes it official. Who could possibly argue with such intellectual powerhouses?

Are you kidding? Miami 2001 wasn't even the best team of the new century, which is only 6 years old! In fact, I'm not even sure they would be in the top five...

I have never seen that Miami Team touted as the best of all-time. Maybe the 1995 Neb team or the 2004 USC team, or the 1946-49 Notre Dame Teams, or the 1988 Notre Dame team. But certainly no Miami team of the 21st Century deserves that accolade.
