All I can say guys and gals is that without Skybox I think the time I have to spend laid up because of my injury would go a whole lot slower.

I have probably been a bit obnoxious the last couple of days but I hope you all will not hold that to much against me.

This is one great place that circumstances last year brought home just how great it is and how we are fortunate to have each other to chat with.

Just think though for the next three months I'm going to have this much time on my hands. I might even catch Terry in the number of posts!

And do remember this, a couple of years ago we had to reset my account to zero because it somehow became contaminated and the only way to get me back on was to erase the Gator Bill name so I could register and start over.

I think that some anti Gator person probably did that to me! :twisted: :twisted: :twisted:

6 am Joel? I don't think I can handle that, it's 8:30 here and I just rolled the walker out to the living room.

Let's see this is Thursday, my operation was on a Monday, that was 18 days ago. That makes me about 1/3 of the way to the new cast and about 1/6 of the way to rehab.

I keep coming back to an image in my mind...of Terry's patient in a chair...mouth propped open...full of packing with that plastic prophylactic thingy jammed into it smelling like he's chewing on a balloon...jaw aching...tooth half drilled...

Asks the nurse "EERS UUR OOEEEUUHH?" (Translation: "Where's Doctor O'Keefe?")

Nurse says "He'll be right back...he had a patient call with an emergency."

Meanwhile in the next room O'Keefe is smashing his way past the 25,000 post mark on the Skybox.

I dictate to an assistant who has a wireless connection with a laptop...highly productive!

 

So do I. While driving at 60 mph across I- 10, Cindy is taking dictation after reading these posts to me. Remember, I went to school in Tennessee. This is far safer than me trying to read and respond while driving. But even that would be safer than Cindy driving with the trailer behind us while I read and responded..

Hey we had a trip out west almost completely planned out with reservations already made for a month at Yellowstone and a few days at Grand Canyon. We were in the process of mapping out the whole trip when I had this accident.

Had to cancel everything this year and put it in the planning mill for summer 09.

I think you would enjoy that trip Corey, Tom and Cindy do a lot of traveling and know how to enjoy themselves.

Now I'm not sure if their lifestyle would fit a single guy like yourself but maybe they could give you a curfew! :roll: :roll:
