    Hmmm...wouldn't that be more than four decades?....well, I guess it is more than two as well. :roll:

    Anyway, sounds like my roommate my freshman year...only he was on campus for the whole time. :shock:

    Stu,

    He left Bama in 1965 and I believe I remember him being there for his senior year but did not have the credits to graduate. That would mean that he started in either 1960 or 1961 depending on red shirt or not. I figured on 61 to 07 being 46 years. :wink:

    Tom, I wasn't criticizing your math...the article said "more than two decades" (I quoted from it)...they had it wrong :roll: ...you had it right. 8)

    This story is like an SAT question. He was 15 units shorts in 1965, but it took him five years in Alabama's extended learning program to finish? If these were standard 5-unit courses and he took just one course per year...oh never mind.
