Thanks AJ. Down about 40 lbs. since July. As you can see, this country is bone dry, flat as a pancake and it rains all the time. Got a plane to catch.
Nice going, Gip. If I lost 40 lb. I'd blow away in the next stiff wind. Over the past year, I've lost 15 lb., going from about 188 to about 173 and losing the baby in my tummy. I feel good. I could stand to lose another 5 lb. but at 5'9 and a half" I'm comfortable.
