Buckeyes come thru with flying colors. This game was not nearly as exciting as the Florida-Georgia game, but the win keeps our winning streak alive.

Todd Boeckman has another solid performance with three TD by air and Beanie Wells rushed for 133 yards.

Our offense was able to quiet the crowd and long drives ate up the clock.

It is a nice feeling to leave Happy Valley with a win!

Solid??? Boeckman was just outstanding. He showed a great arm, strength, touch, accuracy....that kid is great. Your defense played as expected. This team looks to me to be more solid than last years team at this point.

    Great win.

    Thanks Terry,

You know I am low key and do not want to upset anyone  .

I was most proud of our 3rd down conversions. (12-16)

That was just a sound butt whooping by OSU. I was hoping my Lions would have been a better fight, especially at home. Congrats to OSU.

I wouldn't trade Boeckman for two Troy Smiths. In fact, I was thinking to myself while watching the game what last years NC game might have looked like with him at QB....

    Mike and George,

Thanks. Boeckman seems to improve with each game as his confidence grows.

I guess the secret now for my Buckeyes is to keep winning!

    These Buckeyes win it all.

Lesson learned last year and as they get closer to the prize they jell even tighter it appears after what they did in Happy Valley.

This year's Michigan squad will be a test but I think OSU has more motivation than the Wolverines.

    LSU, BC, whoever.....bring 'em on.

OSU is out for redemption and they will get it.

    Congratulations!

Question, Was the game with Georgia played in Jacksonville?

I know you're not making excuses, and kudos to the Bulldogs, but watching the game I had to feel that Tebow's shoulder had to hurt the Gator's efforts.

How long is he supposed to be limited, and what is the backup status if needed?

Great win by a very young team in a very, very tough place to play. The poise that they displayed was quite extraordinary. The offense is really coming along quite nicely and the O-line is growing up I would say.... 8) Boeckman continues to impress and Beanie is, well, he's a man child. I'm shocked he's not getting more love from the press. Hartline is developing into quite a weapon to complement Robiskie.

I was a little less that thrilled at the play of the defense, but hats off to the PSU o-line. They ran the ball better than anyone to date and got too many hats on our LB corps. We need to get more physical this week.....Wisky is coming to town and they will try to bash our brains in......ready or not. I'll bet their O-line is licking their chops. We'll see.

Looks to be a good old fashioned Big 10 slugfest.....

Todd Boeckman is 23 years old? Is he a mormon that went on a mission? I thought he was a true soph. How many years has he been in the program and how many years does he have left?
