Suddenly I do not feel so bad about the abuse for which several Tennessee fans were responsible during the Southern Miss game. That is incredible. Anyone that participated in those acts should pay for this verbal violence.

I agree, stand up and cheer for your team. All that other stuff that some of those howling drunks do is just disgusting and offensive. I still remember your report of your trip to Baton Rouge for the Tenn/LSU game.

Both on Texas and ND boards there is always complaining that there are too many nice old alums who just sit on their duffs and as a result the Texas and ND crowds aren't intimidating. I just hope neither of my teams fans devolve into howling mobs just to give the home team some sort of edge on the field.

I agree... There is a big difference in making some noise to keep the offense from hearing the signals and being a total A$$ to the fans and players.

Sounds a little like the fans in the Big House who boo the air force flyovers. Contemptable pukes.

I can't understand that. We played Air Force last year and the fans were left in awe at the sight of the F-16s followed by the B-52. If they want to boo the flyover, let 'em do it in the middle of the most unpopulated part of the Nevada desert. ... bombs away boys! A carpet bombing run from that B-52 should eliminate that response.
