    So which of your teams have Adidas uniforms, and what do you think of them?

    After a LONG association with Nike, the Aggies are moving over to Adidas this year. I've seen a glimpse of the new stuff, and so far it looks pretty good.
    Our main complaint has really been with the merchandising.
    For some reason Nike didn't feel the need to make T-shirts, caps, etc that were actually maroon. They'd be OU red, or something similar. [IMG]

    Also, Adidas is giving a MUCH bigger piece of the pie to the Athletic dept, and I'm all for that with as much as our tickets cost already.

    Sound off if you have some input.

    thx!

    We do Addidas at ND, they are ok. In the end you are selling your soul to these companies for the $$$. They don't have what I would consider a great line of hats and tee's but fortuenately we have a lot of other vendors who also market ND products. Cutter and Buck have a nice line of golf style shirts and we have no shortage of other merchandise available.

    I personally like addidas golf gear. ClimaCool is cool!!

    I like ClimaCool shirts very much, but lately have found I like UnderArmour golf shirts even better.

    I ..

    <t>Like Nike much better than Addidas and wish ND would change but they won't. Nike IMO has much better looking stuff. I have Tees, hats etc and the quality of Nike is much better. Don't care for the clown suits Oregon and Miami wear but that is the school signing off on that junk. Look at the new Michigan State unis those are cool looking. Just my opinion.</t>

    <t>pretty much covered it. i liked the Champion merchandise for ND but they were sorely lacking in effort. They got idle while the others got better. Adidas' hats are effing terrible. Then again, I like the plain interlocking ND in gold on the solid navy background....no frills type of hat..<br/>
    <br/>
    If i want to 'bling it out' then Adidas is top shelf... Nike is pretty bad as well.. I know these things go in cycles... Im just waiting for the 'urbanization' of baseball hats to stop so I can find a regular old ND hat without the blingage.<br/>
    <br/>
    They haven't had much of an impact on ND's uni's... Its pretty hard to do that given the restrictions they must have coming in.</t>

    Nothing radical here. They took the white edging away from the neck, and added stripes to the pants.

    Actually that looks very good. I don't like the white collars on uniforms anyway.

    Nice ..

    <t>Jersey even for Addidas. One thing I have always liked about the Husker uni is the red pants on the road. Those look cool.</t>

    <t>Is it about those two Oregon schools trying to out ugly each other. Now I like the new Michigan State unis by Nike.</t>

    I see that Michigan has dumped Nike and gone with Addidas. Surprising that Nike is letting all that business walk out the door. I wonder what is going on?
