    I know that some of you might find this hard to believe but I did aerobics for over 20 yrs with the same instructor and a core group of fellow sweaters. We get together a few times a year for a cocktail party or golf outing. One of the guys in the group is an attorney who's about 63. HIs Name is Marty Fried. If you just met him you'd think that he's just another nerdy bankruptcy attorney.
