Very steady round for El Tigre, some better luck putting and he'd have had a 66 or so.

    Should be interesting tomorrow.

    Interesting stats on Tiger
When leading in a major after 54
    12 out of 12
    When trailing after 54
    0 out of 28.
Tomorrow is going to be fun to watch. Look out for Furyk.

I see Tiger ending that streak today.....I think Bads is in for a long day playing in the final pair on Sunday in a major with El Tigre. It's a whole different world...

Tiger's round yesterday was brilliant tee to green - he hit the first 17 greens at Oakmont. Are you kidding me - that is just sick. If he had the flat stick working he could have been ridiculous.

Somebody is gonna have to go low to beat him today and I just don't see that happening....

I see it ending also, here's why. Tiger hit 17/18 greens and 12/14 FW's yesterday. He missed at least 3 birdies and a additional shot on the eagle try. He played better yesterday because he was pissed. With the pin placement today, it will take a butt load of concentration. Who better to do this than the Machine, the Machine they call TIGER.

Of course if Badd's can keep from choking on the big one like Linda Lovelace, then he's got a shot also.

Observations....when they show the players arriving in the parking lot they are all driving Lexuses, Tiger was in one of those new Buick SUV's....I wonder why.

Also since AJ is in the Golf Resort business, I wonder if he has some pants like Rory Sabatini? :)

Doc, Tiger is a spokesman for Buick.

This tourney was a lot like the Masters, Tiger had it right there for the taking...he just couldn't make the shot, make the putt, etc like we always expect him to do. There was no brilliant shot, instead he'd miss the green and be in the trap and when everybody said it was an easy trap shot for him and they expected him to get it to 3 ft, he hit it over the green. When he did make a brilliant shot on a par 3 comming in, he missed the freakin' putt.

I predict he won't win another major for a couple of years, he's at that point now where he will win some more but they'll come in dribs and drabs rather than in bunches.

I read where he's designing a course in Dubai. He's about to become a dad. He no longer is totally consumed with his golf game. He's losing his psychological edge over the rest of the field. Who knows. Right now developing in the Arizona dessert could be the next dominant golfer.

Angel is the everyman golfer the direct opposite of Tiger who has a rigorous workout schedule, probably has a nutritionist on staff and limits his beer/wine intake. In his form fitting turtle neck yesterday he looked like he has a body fat in the low single digits. Angel...well he looks like he pretty much just enjoys life and probably rarely visits the gym, would toss a nutritionist out of his house and don't anybody try to take his beer and smokes!! :)

Tiger became a dad today. Had a little girl. I'm sure she won't be called Angel.
