Every city you mentioned is a "warm weather" atmosphere where college games are played starting in Feb or March. In the "cold zone" They are lucky to play in May..thus you have a large difference. I know absolutely nobody, nor have I ever known, anyone who has said to me...WOW! Im going to watch a college baseball game today!
Tigers ran a successful suicide squeeze last weekend. Let's face it, you don't take HGH or steroids to bunt.
What's happened to USC baseball? They were at one time the premier college baseball program in the NCAA. The Trogs spending all their cash buying football players and have nothing left over for baseball players?
re: squeeze The Giants ran a successful squeeze last night too... re: USC baseball USC baseball hasn't really declined, so much as other programs have improved... BTW- I have no explanation for the baseball rise of Oregon State. It seems impossible. Somebody up there knows how to coach...
Giants successfully ran the suicide squeeze last night to go up 4-3, the final score. Beautiful bunt by Vizquel.
Joel <r>you can't possibly be that ignorant as to the history of your own area.<br/> <br/> Need I remind you that the Providence Friars had one of college baseball's great programs...They were a casualty of Title IX. BTW-need I also remind you that the Friars beat the Red Sox back in May of 32 <E></E></r>
