He claimed he was a walkon at Notre Dame, when in fact he never made the roster only tried out for being a walkon. Of course he's a democrat! :) Probably Sid's neighbor as well! :)

Our Democrats are worse liars than Sid's Democrats...

In Los Angeles, City Attorney Rocky Delgadillo ran for Attorney General claiming that he played football at Harvard on a "football scholarship" and also played professional football. A quick investigation by the LA Times discovered that Harvard doesn't give football scholarships and that Delgadillo tried out for the Canadian League Hamilton Tigercats and was cut...

His greatest case as a lawyer was his prosecution of Pee Wee Herman...

    Ahem.

He is the conservative republican candidate for mayor of Fort Wayne. Really.

His office is in my building. I've met him but I don't really know him. He's an architect.......and obviously an a**hole like JO'Co's lawyer described above.

I saw this when it first came out a couple of days ago. I emailed the article to Brian and we both had a chuckle. We could not believe that in this age of probing media, he would be so stupid to make such a claim believing no one would take the time to check out its veracity. Typically arrogant conservative republican.

By the way, he stands as much chance of winning the primary as he did of making the ND roster.

Well, if he doesn't get elected he could probably coach at Ga. Tech with just a few adjustments to his resume. :)

Shock of shocks! The wanna-be ND walk-on punter has upset the local Republican machine and has won the mayoral nomination.
