Cleveland hosts a series against Las Angeles this week...because Jacobs Field is still under snow, the two teams and the league decided to move the game to Milwaukee, because the stadium has a retractable roof and the Brewers are playing in Florida.

I had visions of a sparse crowd but it was very large...I don't know the attendance but the first two decks were completely full...the crowd was loud and full of Indians fans.

They showed some highlights from the Brewers-Marlins game and it looked like the crowd there was much smaller.

Anyone throw out the first pitch? Seems like a perfect assignment for Al Gore.

I watched some of this game and there were also a lot of Angels fans there...

On second thought, that slow-motion wave the crowd performed seemed kind of cynical to me. The more I think about it, these may have been Milwaukee cheeseheads disguised as Indians or Angels fans...

I'm sure the Indians' mascot, Slider, felt right at home on Bernie Brewer's apparatus.

    Yes, Jif...he made the trip.

The announcers said that the drum sounded different due to the different acoustics.
