Agree Aj, thank goodness we have a bye week to regroup with a backup QB heading to USC. Saying is going to be out for several weeks with a right arm shoulder injury. Fahey's performance was scary bad. A road win at Indiana was great, but very costly for the Buckeyes. Hopefully he will look better next time around?
Been up all night. Watched Rhule get out coached again in the 2nd half, and then spent the rest of the night working on my fire Matt Rhule campaign.
I guess Miami is #1, but they had to go 2OT's against an unranked FSU squad to get their win. But it was a win. So #1 it is. I predict the Buckeyes will rise to #2. BYU #3 and Ole Miss #4 and Georgia #5.
I guess the questions will be how far the losers in the top 10 fall. I do believe Texas will fall out of the top 10. Alabama might fall out of the top 10. ND and IU will fall 5 spots probably.
Miami will play Notre Dame in a couple of weeks. That will be their only ranked opponent this season.
AP poll. 1. Miami 2. BYU 3. Ohio State 4. ND 5. Georgia 6.IU 7. Ole Mis 8, Texas Tech 9. UCLA 10. Utah. Alabama and Texas fell further than I thought. Tide 13th Texas 19th. The votes were 40 for Miami, a surprising 20 for BYU and 9 for the Buckeyes. Long way to go folks. If Miami beats ND they likely will finish #1 and undefeated. I'll be shocked if there are any other undefeated teams in the top 10.
