True Sid, but you never want to do it out of the losers side.
First time a #1 seed has ever lost its opener.

Wow, that was a crazy opening day.
I'm not sure but I think more 3 seeds won than 1 seeds!
Seems to confirm a lot of the head scratching about the seeding when the bracket was released...
The Aggies will face Tx St after USC pitched their #2 guy last night.

Some crazy elimination games this morning.
    FSU vs Coastal Carolina
    Virginia vs Southern Miss
    Virginia Tech vs UCLA

And The Citadel is up 1-0 on OU in a game postponed due to weather...

The Aggies injury woes continue (or so it seems) as Moss is now slated to pitch tonight.
Aiden Simms appears to be done for the year, and he had rounded into the best option we had.
    GRRRRRR. :(

Anyone else watch the UCLA-VaTech game? UCLA goes into bottom 9 down 5-3. Two back-to-back solo HRs to tie it and they continue the rally to score the winning run. I think the announcer said earlier that UCLA leads the country in comeback wins. Add one more.

Alabama tried to let Nebraska back in with a couple of errors but good pitching pulled them through.

Sid, I thought VaTech would take that one, all the mojo seemed gone out of the UCLA side.
I was thinking "you have one job kid, throw strikes". He did, and the Bruins didn't miss.
    Crazy come back.

Officially, the Aggies are down to one starter and a bunch of bodies to pitch now with Simms being made officially done for the season.
I don't see a way to Omaha at this point, but that's why ya play the games.

Did anyone see the UGA vs Liberty game? Apparently Ga player hit a home run and apparently said something to the Liberty dugout as he rounded the bases. He was ejected from the game as was the Ga coach who defended him. During the post game press conference, the Liberty coach said he didn’t know what the Ga player said but that he had to protect his players. Protect them from what? Something doesn’t sound right.

Players have no business saying ANYTHING to the other dugout.
Clap your hands, touch em all, and celebrate with your teammates in your dugout.
Act like you have a little class.

As Lou Holtz famously would say to his players (probably not original), Act like you've been there. Still, there were players who by their actions would say, Look at me! In my opinion, players in any sport who would do what that GA player did have no class and deserve to be ejected. In other words, I agree with Scott.
