Dogs are the greatest. The Belgian Malinois certainly is among the smartest.

 

And incredibly athletic!

 

Absolutely! Their athleticism can't be matched.

This little girl is taking the fall to protect her best friend from punishment!

 

I actually saw that little girl and her buddy the Golden in a Facebook reel, where she was standing in the timeout corner with him over some missing snacks. It was also pretty cute. Clearly her mom is intent on making hre an "internet" star!

 

That satisfied my appetite for cuteness today.

 

I was gifted and blessed to ride with my brother-in-law on his was out of town on his retirement from Coral Gables. He was K-9 Malinois after several years of Shepherds before. They are a breed to themselves. We both owned pit bulls early on in life. Mainly for hog hunting.

Malinois are a combination that currently hasn’t been touched to comparative breeds when being social and trainable

 

Still a good old boy. Maybe a little too friendly with strangers.
