Charleston knocked off ##6 Coastal C last night and UTA beat #7TCU . Didn't see any other upsets as I was scanning scores. The Aggies had several freshman make a significant impact last night in their 8-3 win over Corpus Christi... Iowa scored 34 on WU-Platteville. Showing up their football offense for the season.
Hmmm, and I’m appreciating the hatred but the Canes down 5-0 beat UCF 8-7 in 13 innings an incredible game, signals of former greatness if that even means anything p
Walking tall at the moment but the Gators who have owned us for years are coming to town. We are extremely explosive on offense but unfortunately on defense it’s a 2-3 default on mistakes
Quit yer whinin! The Aggies travel to Globe Life for a tourney and get to face off against #1 UCLA Saturday.
Gotta report the bad and the good. The Aggies decided to "stay on schedule" for the tourney in Arlington, starting their ace against Va Tech on Friday for an easy win. UCLA made quick work of our 2nd starter on Saturday and ended up winning 11-1. Well... guess the Aggies know they have some work to do compete against the best.
I think we've figured out who the "dawg" of the Aggies is this year (if there was any doubt)... For 2026 (14 games) Caden Sorrell is hitting .423 with 8 HR's. Now it's time for SEC play to start, and we'll see how much this team has grown. The pitching has been steadily good. The defense is good. The hitting has been a little up and down, and the base running - well that's been the low spot. Thankfully, that's one of the easiest items to improve. I think this team will surely make it to the tourney. The question is can they be good enough to host?
