Chadwell from Liberty would be a good choice but I thought he had some NCAA programs in the past. Pat Fitzgerald would be a good choice; thought he was fired unfairly at NU.
Purdue’s fired coach was, when he was hired, thought to be a young man with a big future. Indiana hired an old boomer with a proven track record. Indiana made the better choice.
