Of course, I will, Joel. I'm disappointed that the Colts are not in it, but beyond who's playing, it's an "event", a spectacle, worth watching for the significance of the game and for the groundbreaking commercials. Other than that it's a typical Sunday night at my house. :)

I USED to watch them...but since the complete domination of the football world by the Pats in recent years...anything else is anticlimatic. I am not a PARTY person. My TV gets turned off at 3 PM today. If someone put a gun to my head and said WATCH..I suppose I would enjoy Hasselbach squeezing the Ketchup bottles. jif

This has the makings of a great game with two evenly matched teams. A couple of key turnovers result in a Steeler win, 23-20.

I certainly will be watching. Some Gators are playing on both sides and besides I enjoy the Super Bowl.

    Go Seahawks.

    :D Joel,

I probably will not watch the game either, but then I never have been a big fan of the Supper Bowl.

But looking on the bright side, they sure sell a lot of spanking brand new TV sets for the game! (Helps out the economy)

I watched and enjoyed it. Was proud of Ford Field. Rooted for the Steelers and Detroit native the Bus. Best of all, we didn't have to watch the Weis-less Pats who just don't have it. Like the Red Sox, they're ancient history.

I started out neutral but hopeful that the Bus would do well. As the game wore on, and I realized that the Seahawk QB was an ex-BC guy (yuck), the Rooney family is the personification of class, Ben R. is from a town not far from Ft. Wayne, and a Steeler backup OT is from Ft. Wayne. I ended up semi-neutral, leaning toward the Steelers.

Just FYI Jiffer, the viewership this year was up 5% over last years Patriots/Eagles Super Bowl. So a lot of people watched!

Yeah, here we are watching the first place Red Wings and lead leading Pistons just waiting for the playoffs. We all wish that we were in Boston where apparently the two top sporting interests are crying about the Pats and waiting for pitchers and catchers to report. ROTFLMAO
