    When Mike Martz came in replacing Ted Tolner as OC I thought that the Lions might be heading in the right direction. But like a staggering drunk, it was only a momentary accidental move in the direction of the goal. I can't think of a better teacher for the human pylons that the Lions have that they call an offensive line.

    Actually he's probably a pretty good OL coach. I think I remember him as the Ravens OL coach after he left ND and was a member of the staff that went to the Super Bowl. I don't know why he left (was fired?) from the Ravens though.
